Probably, psychologically knowing it has blood in it doesn't bother me, and looks don't really bother me either. Taste on the other hand... but all I remember was it being salty, so I can't really say that'd bother me since I love salt.

I've had alligator sausage so I couldn't tell you what the actual meat alone tasted like but it was pretty tasty.

Did you think it had a really bad after taste? I had it a few weeks ago and both my friend and I felt it had a horrid after taste. But it did indeed taste like chick up until then.
