think about it, Gypsies are interesting. I cant remember if The Guys have already talked about this subject before.

Yeah they did a show on Gypsies on show #234. One of their better shows breaking from the usual regurgitated Coast to Coast AM paranormal topic themes of Art Bell and George Noory.
When Gene and Brian pondered gypsy themed rock bands they failed the rock and roll test by not knowing Jimi Hendrix had a post-Experience band named -Band of Gypsys- that actually won a posthumous grammy in 2000. Rollingstone Magazine listed the Band Of Gypsys only opus in the unranked Top 25 best live albums in a 2008 poll and in 2001 the second track Machine Gun voted #49 of the 100 Greatest Guitar Songs of All Time. Gene and Brian in the 1980's sat in the front in High School and had very short hair thinking Pet Shop Boys and Wham! were like totally cool
