The Bicycle Man of Napa California

If you hang out in down town napa long enough you are sure to see him. He always dresses in bright pinks, yellows and greens. He can be seen riding his bicycle around the upper part of downtown napa. Everyone knows him. He has been riding his bike around town for years. Usually he has a little trailer with a different ornament or each season. Recently he has been seen with a bright christmas tree. While I haven't talked to him I'm sure he has some tales to tell.
