I've been traveling a lot and haven't been able to post or get a show recorded with Bryan. However, I did sample a "HOT BROWN" sandwich in Louisville, KY.
It was heaven.
Hot open turkey sandwich on toast, smothered in mornay sauce, topped with crispy bacon. Mmm Mmmm.

I used to eat these all the time at a place called The Campbell House in Lexington, Kentucky.
